| I have tried literally everything to lose weight, up to and including weight loss surgery. Then I bought this CD two weeks ago and my desire to overeat completely disappeared the first time I listened to it! I started losing weight the very first day. I am enjoying good food again instead of being a slave to it. I listen to this CD every morning when I wake up and every night before I fall asleep. I sleep much better and feel much more relaxed throughout the day. I feel calmer and more in control of not only my eating, but also my emotions and stress level. I am so impressed with it that I just purchased 7 CD's from this author. I highly recommend his products! |

The maker of this CD is very good at relaxation and the music and ambience produces a great relaxing effect. However, if you are looking for a self hypnosis audio that will help you lose weight then this one misses the mark on a few key points. The suggestions are not focused on producing a feeling state as much as they are focused on imagery. As a certified hypnotist I know that to get good results from clients you need to get them to focus on feeling states.
You can get some benefit from this CD that's why I gave it 4 stars but if you want outstanding results you will want to look elsewhere. |

| The CD has mystical type music, Christopher Love narrates and has a wonderfully soothing voice. He works on getting you relaxed, walks you through white light visualizations, then when you are deeply relaxed talks about healthy weight and body. I listened to it before bed. It made me feel very good and I slept very deeply and well. I woke up feeling both energetic and very peaceful inside. I like its spiritual message of oneness, which the other self hypnosis tapes and CDs I researched did not include. I plan to purchase more of his CDs on self hypnosis since this one is exactly what I was looking for. |
