Late last summer I had my first baby, Damien. I then went through the stage of getting my body back into normal shape.

Things seemed to be going ok for the first month after the birth, but after that I began to struggle in keeping the weight of. For one thing I was not as active as I once was before becoming pregnant and this inactive started the pounds rolling on.

I found that with Damien, I was not able to exercise the way I once had so this was not a viable option to shed those pounds. So I looked at my other options.

There are many diet plans out there on the market, but the common theme to most of them is that they will get rid of the pounds in the short term, but long term they will come back again.

So I wanted to find something that was sustainable in watching my weight. After taking with friends, they suggested I use hypnosis as a way reducing and controlling my weight. So I thought I’d give it a try and you know what it works!

I’ve been able to lose 32 lbs, which gets me back to the weight I was before Damien came along and I have been able to sustain the weight want.
