| Having read both Trudeau's book, as well as Simeons', I love how this is laid right out for you. I love that it gives us do-it-yourself types exact instructions on mixing & dosage. Overall I was very impressed with this book! |

| This book is very detailed and has all the forms you'll need. Don't try to do the HCG Diet without it! The diet is not for the weak or faint hearted, but this book definately helped me get through it. It includes Dr. Simeons' original literature and covers all three types of HCG: injections, sublingual and homeopathic (the last is the easiest to use). I lost over 12 pounds in three weeks and I'm very satisfied. |

If you're looking to learn about the HCG Diet, by a woman that's been there, done that...this is the book for you!
I've lost 13 pounds in three weeks, however since the HCG allows you to only lose the abnormal fat, my pants say I've lost closer to 18 pounds. Remember, fat weighs LESS than muscle, and with all the other diets out there, the pounds you're losing INCLUDES MUSCLE.
Learn all you can by reading this book, and then make an informed decision what is best for you.

This book is wonderful. If you're going to participate in this amazing "cure", Linda Prinster is the one to guide you. She follows Dr. Simeon specifically (he's the physician with the original study) and any question you could ever have regarding this "cure" is answered. Other books that I have seen steer you into unnecessary avenues that only cost you more.
Going about this on your own is the most inexpensive way to do this, however, if you aren't a diciplined individual, it would be helpful to have an OB, GB or clinic that is familiar with this on board with you. It would be worth the extra $$ for the undiciplined as there is NO (I can't iterate this enough!) margine for error using this protocol.
